General terms and conditions of Wanda Broker Webshop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (LDC) , the law on Personal Data Protection Act (CNPD) and the Electronic Communications Act (ANACOM) .

Terms and conditions govern the operation of an online store Wanda Broker, rights and obligations of the user and the store and govern the business relationship between the company and the customer.
General terms and conditions are also governed by individual purchase rules at the takeover site of Wanda Broker.
The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase (placing online order).
When placing order online, the user is notified about the terms and conditions. Each time when customer places an order, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions.
Information accessibility

Users
Online store Wanda Broker allows the use of registered and unregistered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”).
Upon registration, the online store user obtains a user name (e-mail) and password. E-mail address, username and password unambiguously define and connect the registered user to the data input. If a user wants to change e-mail address at any time to another e-mail address it is neccesary to send a request to [email protected].
With a single entry via e-mail, the user becomes a guest. Thus a registered user as a guest acquires the right to purchase at the Wanda Broker online store.
Protection of personal data
Wanda Broker web store, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection Act (CNPD) is committed to protecting the personal data of its users.
For business needs Wanda Broker gathers the following information:

- shipping address,
- e-mail address,

- password in encrypted form, and other data that users enter into forms on our website.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the users.
For the purposes of ensuring security we also collect IP addresses from which users access the site. Each user is assigned at the beginning of the visit session cookie for identification and monitoring of the shopping cart. WB can, among other cookies, store on your computer other things such as the identification number of a user in an encrypted form (to identify the user’s next visit), review articles (that you know which items you already rated) and cookies of Google Analytics (analysis of website visits).
All information, except cookies are stored on the server permanently. Session cookies are stored in server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, permanent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer.
Manager can use the data in anonymised summary form for purposes of statistical analysis. WB will in no case hand over the users data to unauthorized persons. Delivery service (eg. CTT Portugal) will be entrusted only with a user’s shipping address and telephone number (if needed).
Data which WB collects and processes will be disclosed only if such liability is determined by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary for the proceedings before courts or other state authorities as well as to protect and promote the legitimate interests.
User is also responsible for the protection of personal data in a way that ensures the security of his e-mail address, username and password, and the appropriate software (anti-virus) to protect their computer.

Product offers and prices
Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the WB online store are updated and changed frequently. The prices in the online store are the same for both registered members and online shop guests. All prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of the order placement and do not have a predetermined validity.
Prices are valid in the case of payment with the method of payment under the conditions written below.
It may happen that the pricing information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price change appears between the processing the order, Wanda Broker will allow the buyer to cancel the purchase.
Ordering and prices
The purchase agreement between the seller and the customer in an WB online store is concluded at the moment WB sends the first e-mail to the customer about the status of his order (titled: “Your order has been accepted.”). From this moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and are valid for both the seller (Wanda Broker LDA) and the customer. A customer is a person whose data is indicated when placing the order. Subsequent changing of customer data is not possible. Purchase agreement (i.e., the first e-mail about the status of the order) is electronically stored on the server, and is available to the customer upon written request.
Delivery & shipping
All Wanda Broker’s products are sent directly from Portugal via CTT or DHLor others. Personal pick-up at the company office is not possible !
In this case, there aren’t any delivery costs. All orders placed and paid (using credit card, proform, bank transfer or cryptocurrency) until 13.00 (from Monday to Friday), are packed and shipped the same day. Orders that are placed and paid on the weekend are shipped on Monday (or the first workday). For products where a longer delivery period is specifically indicated, this is considered as a valid delivery period. Delivery pricelist is calculated according to weight and destination country and it will be visible on order page.
For orders above 150 €, the shipping is free.
Payment methods
Credit Card
Paying by credit card is seen as one of the most standard and safe ways of making a payment over the internet. At Wanda Broker we accept both Visa and MasterCard. To use this method, enter you card details, expiry date and 3 digit security code (on the back of the card), on the relevant page. You payments should be made instantly, and we will start preparing your order right away.
Bank Transfer
If you wish to pay by direct bank transfer, you can send payment to the details provided at the end of shopping process.
Make sure to use your order number as a reference. Note: Although instant in many cases, a bank transfer can take up to 3 days to clear depending on where it is being transferred from. We will start packing your order as soon as your transfer clears.
Cryptocurrency
Pay securely and anonymously with Bitcoin or other altcoins and ripples (Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple).
Invoicing
When confirming the method of payment for the purchase you will receive the invoice to your e-mail address (in .pdf format) immediately after delivery of the package.
The invoice is provided with information about the price and all costs relating to the purchase and with a notice of right to cancel the contract.
The buyer is obliged to check the accuracy of the information before placing an order. Later, given the objections as to the correctness of invoices issued are disregarded.
Receipt issue
Wanda Broker always issues an physical receipt copy of an order, that is sent inside packaging to the delivery address. On the receipt, there is price and all costs for the delivery, that are clearly distinguishable. Customer is obliged to verify the correctness of the data.
Promotional codes and coupons
Promotional codes and coupons bring various benefits at the purchase and are timely limited. Active promotion codes can be found on the title page, advertisement in our email communications or other media.
Promotional codes and coupons can’t be exchanged for money (cash, remittance, cryptocurrency,…). One promotional code or coupon can be used only once and it could not be separated. In case, when the value of product(s) is higher than the value of promotional code or coupon, the customer is obliged to pay the rest of the value that promotional code or coupon doesn’t cover. The value of an order must be higher or equal to the value of promotional code or coupon.
Discounts, coupons and promotional codes do not add up. Only discounts which are available for each product individually and promotional code or coupon do.
Using a coupon/Promotional code:
Choose prefered product and add it to the cart. Choose the type of delivery, enter your delivery information and choose payment type. In the field “Coupon code”, type your promotional code or coupon, and activate it with click on the “APPLY COUPON” button. When promotional code or coupon is successfully applied, the value of it, is automatically deducted from the value of an order. You are left with deducted value, that you need to pay for completing an order.
Purchase procedure
Cart
- Choosing a product: At Wanda Broker web store, choose the preferred product and click on the “Add to cart” button. System redirects you to the cart, where its content is displayed. If you want to continue shopping, click the “Continue shopping” button, that redirects you back to the store. If you want to complete an order, press the “Proceed to checkout” button, that redirects you to the checkout page, where you fill the needed information to complete an order.
- Deleting a product from cart: At Wanda Broker web store you can see the cart icon in the upper right corner. After clicking it, the added products are displayed. If a customer wants to remove undesired product, he or she has to click on the cart icon and when the customer is redirected to cart page, he or she has to click on cross X “remove” or set the number of product to 0 and click on the “Update cart” button to finalize the removal.
Checkout
For completing an order, when customer is in cart, the customer has to click “Proceed to checkout”, where customer fills out the required information fields.
- Delivery address: You are required to fill out all the necessary information regarding delivery, that are marked with star * (name, surname, country, address, post number, e-mail and phone number) and are needed to confirm and complete an order.
- Delivery cost: Customer can choose between DHL or Post office of Portugal shipping or personal pick-up at the company headquarters.
- Type of payment: Customer can choose between three types of payment: Credit card payment, Bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
- Coupons and promotional codes: If customer has valid coupon or promotional code, he or she has to fill in the required field and click on “Apply coupon” button.
- Order review: Products that are added to cart are displayed on the right side of the site. The customer can view the price of an individual product, delivery cost and total cost, before the customer completes an order.
- Completing an order: Customer can review their information about delivery and payment method that he or she choose and the cart content. Customer confirms the order when the “Place order” button is clicked. If order is successfully completed, the message “Thank you. Your order has been received.” will display.
Purchase notification procedure
After completing an order, the customer receives e-mail notification, that the order is accepted. Registered members can view information about status and content of an order.
Wanda Broker can call the customer on their contact telephone number to verify the information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery status.
The purchase procedure for legal entities is exactly the same as for physical customers, with the difference that legal entities has to fill in the company name and it’s tax number. They also have equal payment options.
Return of goods
Within 14 days after the goods were accepted by the consumer, the customer has the right to report ([email protected]) to withdraw from the contract without having to state a reason for its decision. The deadline shall commence one day after the date of acquisition. The only cost to the customer for the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of the filed notice of withdrawal.
The customer must return the product to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced, without the fault of the consumer. Customer may not freely use the products until the withdraw from the contract.
In the case of a withdrawal, where a discount code or promotional code was used, these assets are considered as discount and will not be returned to the user. The user will only be refunded the amount paid.
Repayment of payments will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the receipt of the notification of withdrawal. Payment refund to the customer will be made by bank transfer to their bank account.

If you noticed upon the delivery that the item or consignment is physically damaged, it lacks content, or is showing signs of opening, you can file a compensation process for the Post of Portugal (CTT) or DHL or others.
Product liability
Wanda Broker is liable for defects, mistakes and errors that the product had, when danger or defect came to customer, regardless the customer knew about that. Wanda Broker is also liable for other errors, mistakes, defects, that are shown after the danger or defect came to customer, if they are the consequence of a cause that existed before that. Small or insignificant error, mistake or defect is not taken into account.
Safety
Wanda Broker uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. Secure authorizations and credit card transactions are taken care of by Wanda Broker LDA and Montepio Banco, Stripe Credit card authorizations are executed in real time with immediate checking of data at banks. Card information is not stored on the Wanda Broker LDA server.
Communication & electronic advertising messages
Wanda Broker will contact customer through distance communication, but only if customer explicitly agrees. If a customer doesn’t want to receive advertising messages, Wanda Broker is obliged to respect customers decision.
Advertising messages will contain:
- Consignor “Wanda Broker” will be clearly evident,
- clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising message,
- the sender will be clearly visible,
- various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be labeled as such. It will also clearly set out the conditions of participation in them,
- process to unsubscribe from receiving ad messages will be clearly defined,
- if the customer wishes not to receive advertising messages, WB will explicitly respect them.
Reviews, opinions and recommendations
Reviews, ratings and/or recommendations written by buyers, are part of the online store functionality, and are intended for the community of all users.
Wanda Broker allows any user of the online store to write an review, opinion and/or recommendation, but reserves the right to review the comment before the final publication. Wanda Broker will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate or which do not, in their judgment, benefit other users and visitors.
By submitting an review, opinion and/or recommendation, the user explicitly agrees with the terms of use of his comment and allows the publication of a part or all of the text in all electronic and/or other media.
Wanda Broker has the right to use the content of an comment for an unlimited time and for any purpose that is in the business interest, including the publication in advertisements or other marketing communications.
At the same time, the author of the opinion declares and ensures that he owns material and moral rights for written opinions and comments, and that these rights are transferred to WB in a non-exclusive and unlimited time-bound manner.

All the information on Wanda Brokers online store, including product images, graphic and video elements on the website are protected and can not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Wanda Broker is always trying to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the data published on its websites. Nevertheless, the properties of the articles, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that sometimes it fails to correct the information on the web pages on time. In such case, Wanda Brokerwillnotify the customer of the changes and will allow customer to withdraw from the contract or to replace the ordered item.
Exclusion of liability
We reserve the right to disable website or access to it, due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which means disabling or hindering the use of the online store. In case of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that were affected by the technical error. If the cancellation occurs, we will notify the customer(s) as soon as possible and inform them with further procedure. The customer must ensure that he/she has the proper protection of the equipment before accessing and using the website. Customer is also obliged to provide a reasonable security and privacy of data, that is used for customer login.
Complaints and disputes
Wanda Broker respects the applicable European consumer protection legislation and seeks to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and identify the person with whom, in the event of problems, the customer can connect by telephone or by e-mail.
The complaint is submitted via e-mail [email protected] or via phone +351 911 918440. The complaint processing procedure is confidential. WB will confirm within five working days that it has received a complaint, notify the customer how long it will take to handle it and keep him/her informed about the progress of the procedure.
Wanda Broker is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least as far as the judicial solution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself.
This is also the main obstacle, that the consumer does not initiate a dispute in front of a court. Because of that, Wanda Broker always strives to do its best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent.
In the case of judicial settlement of disputes, the court shall have jurisdiction in the municipality of the company WB.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms, we do not acknowledge any contractor for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as responsible for resolving a consumer dispute that the consumer could launch in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
